Popular Times does not collect any data from you.

Third-parties

Popular Times (“the app”) uses Google Places SDK for iOS for information on venues. You may choose not to include your device’s location when searching for venues. Google may collect usage data based on search queries and the venues you save to the app, but this is not linked to your identity. Google’s Privacy Policy can be found here.

The app uses Apple Weather for weather data. The app uses the location of saved venues, so your device’s location is not shared. Apple may collect usage data based on the venues you save to the app. Apple’s Privacy Policy can be found here.

Third-parties may also collect metrics from your device when the app updates its data. These could include your IP address and operating system version.

Analytics

Apple developers have access to usage data provided by Apple, such as crash data and performance metrics. These are aggregated and anonymised. You can opt out of sharing this data in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share With App Developers.
