Why do the charts start at 6:00 am?

This format helps to accommodate for nighttime venues which are open over midnight, particularly bars and restaurants. While it might be useful for the charts to start earlier for some venues, this means that the time of day would not line up across others.

The app says ‘No data available for this venue.’

Unfortunately, foot-traffic data isn’t available for all venues, particularly because the venue search list and foot-traffic data come from different places. It may be that there isn’t enough data to provide a forecast (particularly for newly opened venues), or the type of venue isn’t tracked at all.
